Founder Profiles

Mr. Zou specializes in long-term planning for international education and providing comprehensive guidance for study abroad programs. Prior to founding PGLC, Robert taught extensively at college-level and also in New Oriental School (New Oriental Education & Technology Group, a New York stock exchange listed company which is commonly known as the New Oriental, is the most well-known private educational institution in China). He was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied alongside leading linguists and education experts. Mr. Zou is a senior member of AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science) and is dedicated to integrating cutting-edge educational concepts into international schools in Beijing and Budapest.

Ms. Lai Hanjing (Jing)

Before joining PGLC, Ms. Lai received several awards at New Oriental School, Beijing, for her outstanding contributions in helping students reach their fullest potential and achieve top scores in various standardized tests. Her expertise lies in language teaching, curriculum design, and academic program management. Ms. Lai possesses extensive knowledge of the international education systems in China, Hungary, and the United States. She is particularly well-acquainted with the current state of international education in Hungary, including its strengths and weaknesses. Ms. Lai completed her secondary education in Budapest, Hungary, and pursued her undergraduate studies in Boston, United States. She was the sole recipient of The Belt and Road Initiative Scholarship while completing her Master's Degree in Linguistics at Tsinghua University, China. After years of working in the United States and China, she brings her experience and knowledge back to Hungary with the hope of creating a more diverse educational environment and offering students more opportunities.
